The Office of the Treasurer and Tax Collector has partnered with 311 to provide customer service to all San Francisco residents, businesses and visitors. Submit your question by clicking on the link below.  A Representative will contact you on the SAME DAY of the request if submitted prior to 7pm.   Requests received after 7pm will receive a response by the next business day.

The Office of the Treasurer & Tax Collector is open Monday through Friday (except for legal holidays) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with the last walk in customer accepted at 4:00 p.m.
